Trade Show Interpreting 展場口譯 · BOOTHS, BUYER MEETINGS & DEMOS

A prospect who walks past your booth doesn't come back. Nelson provides booth hosting, scheduled buyer meetings, technical demos and deal negotiation in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese — with an engineering background, so the specs get translated as accurately as the sales pitch. SEMICON Taiwan, TIMTOS, Automation Taipei and overseas shows all covered.

Trade show interpreting FAQ

How is it priced? Is a half day possible?

Half-day or full-day units, package rates for multi-day shows. Major-show slots fill early — book at least two weeks ahead. Describe the show, dates and role via the enquiry form; availability and quote within one business day.

What should we provide before the show?

Product catalogs or spec sheets, pitch decks, your authorized range for pricing and terms, and the scheduled buyer list if any. Terminology is prepared before day one; a pre-show briefing call can be arranged.

Meetings only, without booth duty?

Yes — full-day booth coverage, meeting-slots-only attendance, or a buyer-side sourcing walk are all available.

Do you support Taiwanese (Hokkien)?

Yes — three-way English, Mandarin and Taiwanese. A Taiwanese-speaking factory owner and an English-speaking buyer is exactly where Nelson adds the most value.

Do you travel to overseas shows?

Yes, with deployment records across multiple countries — including pre-show preparation and post-show follow-up support.
